T-151 - Spectrum Allocation Framework Initial Notice proposing to modify the licences of JT and Sure

The JCRA proposes to modify the telecommunications licences of JT and Sure to include conditions associated with the proposed allocation of additional spectrum in the 800-2600 MHz bands and invites written representations or objections, which must be received before 17.00 on 30 October 2026.

Following consideration of any representations or objections received, the JCRA may issue a Final Notice or a further Initial Notice in accordance with Article 11 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002.
