T-037 Directory Information Services Review
Directory Information Services (DIS) have been an essential element of public telecommunications for over 100 years, allowing users to find telephone numbers of people and organisations they want to call.
Delivery and demand has been changing in recent years, however, driven by new technology such as internet search engines.
In view of this we are reviewing the regulations associated with the provision of DIS in Jersey to consider whether they potentially need amending, increasing or reducing.
