Update 999 Guidance - consultation on proposals
It is important that Islanders and visitors can reliably access a 999 emergency call service provided by local telecoms operators. The JCRA is planning to update guidance issued to help operators understand obligations associated with this regulatory responsibility, with proposed changes explained in the document linked below. Views and comments on these proposals are welcome before the consultation closure date.
