T-116 Update 999 Guidance - Information Note on Decision

Islanders and visitors should be able to reliably contact the emergency services through calling 999 or 112. We recently proposed several updates to guidance issued to help local telecoms providers understand expectations for them to provide an emergency calls service. This information note advises that the JCRA plans to issue its response to consultation and decision on updated guidance at a later date.
