T-083 - Telecoms Market Review

This case was our review of the economic regulation that will apply to the Jersey telecoms markets and it considered the full range of telecoms services offered on Jersey.

The case was launched in November 2023 with the issuing of a Call for Information. On 26 February 2025 a Draft Decision was published for consultation. The Final Decision for the review was published on 16 July 2025.
