Postal services play a vital role in contributing both to the social and to the economic life of Jersey, with particular importance in ensuring the competitive position of the island.

The Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority is responsible for regulating the postal sector in Jersey as well as encouraging competition.

Our aims are to ensure the efficient provision of postal services delivering value and quality to postal users and the economy and to monitor quality of service performance and targets for postal operators.
