The Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority is responsible for regulating Jersey's ports currently operated by Ports of Jersey Limited.
The Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority aims to protect and further the interests of users of port operations, where appropriate by promoting competition.
The Air and Sea Ports (Incorporation) (Jersey) Law 2015 requires any person carrying out port operations in Jersey to have a licence issued by the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.
