The Board approved the issue of a Final Notice cancelling the Initial Notice for the Review of Mobile Termination Rates in light of the fact that the notices were published with a response period less than the statutory period that should have been provided. The Board noted that during the period since the publication of the Initial Notice new evidence had been presented. Therefore prior to seeking the Board's approval to issue a new Initial Notice a review will be undertaken which may include issuing formal information requests to the operators.
