On 26 July 2013, the JCRA issued an Initial Notice proposing to extend from the current date of expiry (30 September 2013) for a further 12 months the existing regulation on mobile termination rates for all Jersey mobile network operators. The Initial Notice invited comments by no later than 9am on 27 August 2013. As there were no objections or written representations received in response to the Initial Notice, the proposals in the Initial Notice came into effect automatically. Therefore, the JCRA announces that the directions described in the Initial Notice will take effect on 1 October 2013.
