The JCRA did not receive any written representations or objections to the Initial Notice consultation which closed on 15 April. As such, the draft Direction which sets out the proposals for JP to meet certain quality of service targets becomes enforceable under Article 24 of the Postal Services (Jersey) Law 2004, from 16 April 2013.
