The JCRA has published an Initial Notice on proposed modifications to the telecommunications licence held by TP Global Operations Limited, trading as 1GLOBAL. The proposed changes would align the licence with provisions relating to the use of Global Titles that already apply to other telecommunications licensees in Jersey.
The consultation period closed on 23 October 2026, and the JCRA received no representations in response to the Initial Notice. Accordingly, the JCRA issued a Final Notice confirming the modification of 1GLOBAL's Licence on 29 October.
