Fixed Number Portability
The JCRA in conjunction with the Guernsey Competition & Regulatory Authority (GCRA)are jointly initiating a project to explore the technical and commercial feasibility of delivering fixed number portability (FNP) across the Channel Islands. This was identified as a follow on project as part of the JCRA's Telecoms Market Review completed in 2025.
The GCRA and JCRA have jointly appointed Cenerva Limited as an independent consultants to support this project.
