Price Notification Framework
The JCRA is reviewing the price notification framework that applies to JT (Jersey) Limited (JT) under Licence Condition 37.1 of its Class III Licence. The condition requires JT to provide advance notification of certain changes to telecommunications prices, products and offers.
On 2 November 2026, the JCRA published a Draft Decision setting out a proposed modification to Licence Condition 37.1, alongside draft Guidance on how the revised framework would operate. The consultation is open until 30 November.
Following consultation, the JCRA will consider the responses received and publish a Final Decision. Subject to that decision, any modification to JT's Licence will then follow the statutory process required under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002.
