Quality of Service Framework Review

The JCRA is reviewing the Quality of Service Framework applicable to Ports of Jersey. The framework sets out the information that Ports of Jersey is required to report in relation to airport, harbour and marina operations. Quality of service reporting supports transparency and accountability, provides insight into the experiences of users of port operations and assists the JCRA in monitoring service performance and customer outcomes.

The Draft Decision was published on 24 September 2026 and seeks views on the proposed framework, including the proposed measures, targets, reporting arrangements and benchmarking approach. The consultation closes on 6 November 2026.
