JCRA Response to the Consultation on Implementation of the 2026 Order

In June 2026, the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) launched a consultation on the implementation of the Competition (Mergers and Acquisitions) (Jersey) Order 2026 (the 2026 Order). The consultation closed on 4 August 2026.

The JCRA thanks all respondents for their engagement and feedback during the consultation. The full consultation responses will be published in due course.

Wider observations on matters falling outside the scope of the JCRA's consultation questions are under consideration and a response will be provided under separate cover.
