Wholesale Broadband Price Control - Draft Decision

This Draft Decision set out the proposals for the Wholesale Broadband Price Control for the forthcoming control period of 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031. It was published alongside a supporting Frontier Economics report, which provided further detail on the cost modelling undertaken.

The Draft Decision was open for consultation until 2 April 2026 and non-confidential versions of responses received are available below.
