Competition Law Investigation - Case Opening Statement

This notice confirms the Authority's decision to initiate an investigation, pursuant to Article 26(1) of the Competition Law, into a suspected contravention of Article 8(1) of the Competition Law within Jersey's transportation, logistics and storage sector.
