The Authority is the statutory body responsible for upholding and enforcing the Competition (Jersey) Law 2005. The Authority will investigate suspected breaches of the Competition Law.
This case concerned a suspected breach of Article 8(1) of the Competition Law within Jersey's transportation, logistics and storage sector. On 10 July 2026, the JCRA closed the investigation, without finding a breach of the Competition Law.
