Investigation - Broadband market Jersey

The Authority has been investigating a complaint against an operator providing broadband services. The Authority after an extensive investigation has reached its provisional finding. A draft direction has been provided to the relevant parties in the investigation. The Authority will make public its conclusion in due course.
