Sarah joined JCRA in October 2014. She was appointed Company Secretary in July 2020 and promoted to Chief Operating Officer in April 2023. A Chartered Director and serves as Vice Chair of IoD Jersey, she brings strong governance expertise and leadership experience to her role.
Prior to joining JCRA, Sarah served as Company Secretary at Andium Homes during the incorporation of the former States Housing Department. Before that, she was Group Business Manager for Ports of Jersey (Jersey Harbours and Jersey Airport), where she played a key role in the organisation’s incorporation project and in establishing the Shadow Board in 2011. During her career with the States of Jersey, she also completed a secondment with the Law Officers’ Department.
Sarah holds a Master of Arts in European Competition Law from King’s College London, completed in 2019, following a Postgraduate Diploma awarded in 2016. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University. She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 2009 and completed her Chartered Shipbroker’s examinations in 2000.
