Hannah is our Office Manager and joined the JCRA in May 2022. Born in Jersey, she has also worked in Guernsey and Australia, gaining extensive experience within the highly regulated aviation industry. Her roles in safety compliance, records management, administrative team management and executive support within airport operations have provided her with strong insight into regulated environments.
Her wider background spans aviation, construction and project delivery, shaping her appreciation of effective regulation and the importance of robust organisational standards. She has also undertaken professional development in areas including project management, HR, data protection and emergency procedures.
Hannah holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Aston Business School, completed in 2022.
