Donna joined the JCRA as a Case Officer in June 2026.
Donna has over 13 years of experience in customer operations, telecommunications and service management. Since joining JT in 2013, she progressed through a variety of customer-facing and leadership roles. In her previous role at JT as the Consumer & Business Operations Manager, Donna led customer operations across consumer and business contact channels, focusing on service performance, team development, customer experience and continuous improvement. She worked closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes, support operational change and ensure high standards of customer service.
Donna is recognised for her strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in managing customer escalations, developing teams and driving operational excellence.
