Tristan joined the JCRA in September 2026.
Prior to joining, he spent eight years serving with both the Ministry of Defence Police and the States of Jersey Police, where he held a range of operational roles, including positions within the Marine Unit and as an Armed Response Officer.
Most recently, Tristan worked for Ports of Jersey within the Maritime Standards Team. In this role, he was responsible for the licensing and investigation of commercial maritime activities, as well as investigating suspected maritime infringements involving all categories of water users. His experience brings a strong background in enforcement, investigation, and regulatory compliance to support fair competition in Jersey.
