T923J - Initial Notice - Application for Class I Licence received from Nitel Ltd

On 7 February 2013, the JCRA issued an Initial Notice proposing that it should grant a Class I licence to Nitel Limited. The Initial Notice invited comments by no later than midnight on 7 March 2013. As there were no objections or written representations received in response to the Initial Notice, the grant of the licence comes into effect automatically. Therefore, the JCRA announces that the proposal to grant the Class I licence to Nitel Limited came into effect on 8 March 2013.
