Jersey
In Jersey the law requires operators to hold a licence for the provision of postal services where they convey and deliver letters for which the payment is no more than £1.30 per letter and where each letter weighs no more than 500 grams.
The JCRA has 2 classes of licence: Class I licences for all operators other than the public postal operator (currently Jersey Post Limited) who holds a Class II licence.
