Latest News10/09/10 The JCRA regretfully announces that Sebastian Farr, its in-house Legal Adviser, has passed away at the age of 51 after a year-long battle with cancer. Sebastian was a barrister and solicitor and a well respected competition lawyer who held senior positions at the JCRA, Comreg and Oftel. Our sincere condolences go out to his wife, Pat, and his extended family. Any statements of support and well wishes can be sent to the JCRA.

07/05/10 The JCRA consultation on the Citipost DSA Ltd and Hub Europe Ltd Initial Notices closed on 30 April 2010. In total seventeen responses were received. Thirteen responses were in support of the proposals, details of eleven of which can be found through the following links Fortuna Ltd, Pentagon Direct Ltd, My Memory, day2dayshop.com, Mr Guy De Faye, Trinity Consultants, Huggler Group, Feel Unique, MailMate Print, Anon 1, Anon 2. A further two responses were received which it was requested were not to be made public. Three responses were received against the proposal, two of which, from the Communication Workers Union, and Mr and Mrs B Miles are published here. A third was received from Jersey Post Ltd who asked that their response remained confidential. One neutral reponse was received from Senator Philip Ozouf. The JCRA intends to reach a decision on this matter by 30 July 2010.
