Making a Complaint

The JCRA encourages businesses and customers with evidence of an operator committing an infringement of  the terms of its licence to provide this evidence to the JCRA in the form of complaints.  The JCRA, and if so, may commence an investigation if appropriate.

Complaints should be made in writing, using the Complaint Form.
